Do you advice me to start with this course if I’m a complete newbie?
If you had never baked, I advise you to start with the Choux pastry course. The choux pastry course will be more global and offer you the opportunity to train yourself with choux pastry on different shape and easier dessert. However, all the choux pastry process is still explained step-by-step in this course if you want to start big 😁
What tools do I need for this class ?
All the tools are mentioned in the tool lists at each step of the recipe. I also give you all the links of the one I use in my videos, to allow you to find them easily on the internet if you don’t have them.
What ingredients do I need for this class ?
All the ingredients and quantities are mentioned on the beginning of each recipe as well as on the printable recipes. I try to always use common ingredients to allow you to find them easily in your regular supermarket.
What type of flour do I use ?
In almost all my recipes, I use All purpose flour. If not, it will be precise.
What type of oven do I need for this type of recipe ?
All types of oven are perfect as long as you can control the temperature and you follow the recipe. I currently bake with a very basic oven.
