As a perfectionist, I tend to focus on whatโ€™s not perfect, but looking back at old photos reminds me of how far Iโ€™ve come. Progress is worth celebrating!

โœจ After a general catering diploma and an unexpected career shift due to a bad internship experience, I decided to return to pastry. โœจ I ๐—น๐—ผ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐˜€ ๐—ฏ๐˜‚๐˜ ๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—บ. So my deal? I prepare the batter, and my partner cooks them!

โœจ Macarons are my favorite thing to bakeโ€ฆ but also my biggest nemesis on some days.
