What tools do I need for this class ?

All the tools are mentioned in the tool lists at each step of the recipe. I also give you all the links of the one I use in my videos, to allow you to find them easily on the internet if you don’t have them.

What ingredients do I need for this class ?

All the ingredients and quantities are mentioned on the beginning of each recipe as well as on the printable recipes. I try to always use common ingredients to allow you to find them easily in your regular supermarket.

What type of flour do I use ?

In almost all my recipes, I use All purpose flour. If not, it will be precise. 

What type of oven do I need for this type of recipe ?

All types of oven are perfect as long as you can control the temperature and you follow the recipe. I currently bake with a very basic oven.

The outside piping seems so hard as I'm a beginner. Is the course still accessible for me ?

Of course ! Even if it seems hard from the outside of the course, you will learn all the process step-be-step. You will be able to replay as much as you can the explanations, until you succeed this technique.I also explained you how to decorate your Yule Log cake in an easiest way, if you prefer to have an alternative possibility.
