Is the course accessible for someone who's a real beginner ?

It’s a really accessible course even if you’re a beginner. Do not worry I teach you everything you need to know in a very easy way, step by step.

I don’t have a lot of time to bake everyday, is it still possible for me to bake this recipe?

Absolutely! Even if this recipe seems scary, it’s completely accessible. You can simply divide the different steps according to your time.

Of course, you won’t be able to extend the process to a week but, a couple of days are completely fine.

An example of the baking journey:

Day 1: Preparing the butter & the dough and let it grow. Maintain it in the fridge all night.

Day 2: Folding process

Day 3: Spreading, shaping & cooking.
What tools do I need for this class ?

All the tools are mentioned in the tool lists at each step of the recipe. I also give you all the links of the one I use in my videos, to allow you to find them easily on the internet if you don’t have them.

Do I need a stand mixer for this recipe?

I’m used to bake with my stand mixer as much as I can to save time (especially with the big recipe like the Croissant). 
However, the stand mixer is not a condition to succeed in this recipe. It will help you to save a lot of time (and your arm) but you can completely bake without it.

All the mixing process of dough will have to be done by hand. That’s it!
What ingredients do I need for this class ?

All the ingredients and quantities are mentioned on the beginning of each recipe as well as on the printable recipes. I try to always use common ingredients to allow you to find them easily in your regular supermarket.

What type of flour do I use ?

In almost all my recipes, I use All purpose flour. If not, it will be precise. 

What type of oven do I need for this type of recipe ?

All types of oven are perfect as long as you can control the temperature and you follow the recipe. I currently bake with a very basic oven.
